Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
We are proud of the quality of our clothes. We use the best materials we can find and have them manufactured in the best factories we can find. If you need to send something back due to a sizing issue, we will gladly return or exchange the incorrect size for the right one--but only if the returned product is in good shape and is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please leave the tags on the garments until you're sure the fit and feel are right, and do your best to keep it as clean as you can.
How do I return or exchange something?
Place the product back in the box with a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return. If you wish to exchange it for a different product please include the size, style and color you prefer to have. If the price is more expensive you will be contacted for your credit card information or you can include that in the note as well.
We would like to be able to accept anything that does not satisfy you but the truth is we cannot always do that. The merchandise must be in mint condition and still have all the tags and/or instructions attached. We accept returns of unused, unwashed garments only.
We know that you are going to be tough on our clothing (because we are) so we warranty them for one year. If a seam blows or a strap breaks we will replace it for you during that period. Once in a while a defect shows up, however, so if you find a broken stitch or a fabric flaw in a new product feel free to return it to us for replacement. Just call our customer service department for a Return Shipping Label (800.860.3653) and return the product postage paid to:

Please include a return address and a telephone number. If we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our option, and return it to the address provided.
