Returns & Exchanges
You are a priority. We are sincerely proud of the quality and fit of our clothes and want you to be 100% happy. If you need to send something back due to a fit, size, or color preference issue, we will gladly exchange the product — or refund the purchase price in full — when returned within 90 days. Just leave the tags on the garments until you're sure the fit and feel are right, and do your best to keep it as clean as you can.
Simple Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these three quick steps:
1. *IMPORTANT* Complete this Returns & Exchanges Form. This form allows us to match and process your incoming package quickly.
2. Place the product(s) in box with packing slip. We ask that merchandise is returned in good condition with all tags attached.
3. Mail the package to:

Our Worthwhile Warranty
We know that you are going to be tough on our clothing — we are, too — but we are confident in the quality of construction so we warranty them against defect for 10 years. If a seam blows or a strap breaks we will repair or replace it for you during that period. Additionally, if you accidentally rip or tear your favorite Stonewear item, we will do our best to repair it for you at no charge. If we are unable to repair the item, we'll work with you to ensure an appropriate replacement at a discount. To initiate a warranty claim or repair request, click here.
